The block that the front inner hinge pins go through can be reversed. Put in in one way and you've got 25* put it in the other and you've got 30*. Have you looked at a manual?

The orientation of the block depends on where you want steering. I'd start with the 25* orientation, and start changing caster inserts on the hubs to suit.
