On the step where you add oil to the diff cups, the manual says the diff cup assembly weighs 9.80g but both of mine weighed 9.63g. It wanted me to add 1.32g of oil per assembly but the oil covered the cross arms when I got to 10.75g, which is a lot less oil. (I know that 0.2g doesn't sound like a lot of oil but it really is!) I suspect that not overfilling the diff cups is pretty important so do you think I did the right thing?

The weighing thing is kind of useless unless I am just doing it wrong. (Just breathing on the scale makes it change!)

So far the build is pretty nice. I am impressed with the quality of the plastic. I hate parts trees but getting the satellite and sun gears out of their trees was pretty easy. I like how they used 4 injection points per part to fill the mold so the sprue is very small.

I'm a slow builder so that is as far as I got tonight.
