Scotchrap 51 tape - 20 mils
Bought a 4" X 100ft. roll on eBay for just over $30 shipped. Thats about .33 cents a wrap. Last forever! LOL
I also made a template file of the chassis and had it laser cut out of aluminum for a useable template. That way I can just stick it on the aluminum template and cut it out with an exacto then transfer. Allot easier then using the mounted chassis to cut it out.
