No, to run 48p and get any sort of FDR you still have to do it along with motor mount mods, but with 64p you can get deep in the 3s easily. I watched a few guys at the Southern VTA Nats show what they can do by making the A main in an E main size field of talented drivers with the TC4 chassis ( 100% VTA legal )

I recommend it because of the parts availability, most every hobby shop has TC4 parts where as Spec Rs and Sakuras are pretty much mail order for parts.
