Here is whats on my T2'07. This has seemed to work for me, as I adjust shock position, roll center, etc to the track conditions
White spring front, yellow rear.
400 oil w/ 3 hole pistons F&R
1000 in gear diff
1.4 front bar
1.2 rear bar
