advantage is rotation, you can corner at speeds unlikely in a rear motor and carry that momentum. And also mid motors jump like a dream can correct the nose a lot easier mid air than a rear motor with throttle input.
If I'm making the right assumptions...a decent indoor track (WCRC, OCRC...) traction would be considered medium to high traction? Why aren't more people building there RB6 with mid config? I just finished building mine rear motor but sounds like mid has nicer handling. I was originally under the impression that mid was favorable only for carpet.
