Not that I care to argue, but I've seen it done so it's possible. We run the standard setup anyway- with any hex mod for the front you lose the ability to adjust axle trail, and we use that feature fairly often.
+1. The axles inserts are a very nice tuning feature. I'm currently using the AE axles from Tresrey. Either way, I have the Kyosho hex steering setup ready to go if I feel I ever want to use it.
This is one of the many things that makes this car better than the competition, is out of the box adjustability.
