I am thinking about giving the car more negative camber and possibly dropping the rear spring down 1 rate. any ideas?
With Foams i found the rear to hop when it had too much rear grip, make sure you run enough camber so that the tires cone slighly inwards, also try lengthening the camber link i found this to free up the car on foams. I also found that going to the second outer hole on the rear arm kept the car much flatter and more stable through fast changes of direction.

It might also be an issue of too heavy oil combined with too light a spring. I am finding the car likes light oil (35wt) with firmer springs with foam on asphalt.
