-balloon around the receiver
-balloon around the receiver pack
-shoogoo type of stuff around the output shaft of your servo then replace the arm to keep it water tight.
-I do not know what it said about carbs.
I just wouldn't run in the wet, but if you must....just put a balloon around everything.
