Are these motors THAT different to the old ones?...I felt the motor shaft and it seemed to have more resistance so I thought that would be a good thing.
Has this issue been delt with before? As I couldn't find where if it has.

It's hard to tell without seeing/hearing it, but sometimes motors with stronger stators and rotors (like a mod motor) can make more noise.
