This is how my steering is setup and it does not get full steering. Tie is set to +1 per side camber is at -1.5 and the link are equal rack is centered.
It looks like you don't have your servo horn off set enough. Remember per the instructions it needs to be an "hour, hour and a half" counter clockwise with the rack centered.
