Go back to the kit roll bars, they work on pretty much all tracks/surface's. Most racers dont run any Aluminium parts (uprights) on the cars as they can bend quite easilly, but the bend can be hard to find. Causes a lot of tweak issues and car missbehaviour. Your shock oil is also very hard, try going softer and as others said lay the shocks over if you are still running them upright, and less rear toe in.
