Last weekend was appallingly hot. Our motors were coming off the track @ 180F in 12th scale(17.5 non-timing). For reference, I have never had my 17.5 Reedy above 135F in 12th before.

I would have been very surprised to see any of the competitive 17.5 Sedans come off the track under 200F out there, fan or no fan. When the track temp is 150F+, the motors get toasty.
