Hi guys
I just got into 1/12, bought a 12L4 and was trying to fit all the electronics when I realized that I cann't fit the motor in the car by under the chassis as I used to do with other pancars, I am talking about normal motors like GM3 P2K2s etc nothing out of this world. I gave up trying and undo the three screws that hold the upper plate (where the damping disk is) to install the motor by the up side of the pods. If the motors didn't have that small little bit of shaft that protudes out of the endbell I think they would be able to pass by under the chassis in between the pods which i think is just logical, should I just dremel away those little extra bit of shaft that protude out of the endbell or I am missing something here?
