Ok, well I guess I need a lesson on gearing. My new Dex arrives next week, and I'll be going w/ the 13.5T motor. Does the kit include more than one spur? Does it have the pinion(s)? What mod / pitch are the gears? Where would be a good place to start regarding the gearing without having to Dremel the cover down.

It comes with an 87 spur. With a Tresrey 8.5 we run 25/81 (RW spur). Running a 13.5 you shouldn't need to dremel anything as you won't be running anything like blinky 17.5 gearing. If I had to take an educated guess I would think somewhere around 28/75 would be a decent starting spot for blinky 13.5, but we've never run 13.5 in the buggy. Hopefully somone else can chime in on this one for ya.
