Can't tech inspect tire foams.
We tried to inspect them by looking through the tires vent hole to see the color of the foam. But then racers learned to just glue a shred of red tire foam on top of thier foams and line it up with the vent hole.
Funny as H$(( seeing how fast a 2wd buggy driver pulls his car from the track when his rear tire comes unglued and there's a bit of blue foam sticking out.
