Entry for VTA is $30?...and 17.5 is stock(blinky) and how much is it?...and any tire?

Blinky will be based on attendance. So far we have just been running open 17.5 this year but if you run VTA then it would be considered 2nd class.

Is there going to be tech?...and how deep...like for VTA, tire wear, and motor timing?
