Not likely. Remember, you're talking about 2 very different cars. The MI1 is basically the old "Mission" from 10 years back. Any parts from the Mi4 that could be used would most likely be of little upgrade value. Those kind of parts would be screws, spacers, etc. Critical parts like main suspension arms won't interchange.
That being said, the MI1 can be upgraded with alloy parts and "speed secret" items that will make it pretty competitive but it simply does not have the adjustability of a top level car like the MI4.
