It might not be "broke", but there is still the insatiable, blind (and annoying) need for novelty for novelty's sake in 8th scale racing.. In reality the AE truggy is probably completely fine and competitive as is, but for marketing and more sales they need at least a facelift of some kind, just to feed that lemming mentality.. AE is too good to not realize that, which is why it wouldn't surprise me to see some kind of truggy update by the end of the year.. Which on the one hand yeah is dumb, because the current trug is good as is, but on the other, OK fine - I'll buy the current model when it gets marked down to make way for the new one....
