The highest spur I've done is 93 with a pinion of 54. I didn't want to go much high because I don't know what's too big for 64 pitch gears. I also noted that 70/41 is exactly 3.5 if that makes any difference..

I've done every spur tooth count inbetween 69 to 93.

Does anyone have an opinion on what spur gear would work best? Even if it's higher than 93.
