Did you buy the entire kit or just the carbide balls and diff rings? I didnt bother with the thrust race from them. Using stock unit and it works fine. Make sure the rounded side of the circlip is facing inward towards the thrust race washers and you should be good. If that doesnt fix it, you have problems elsewhere in that general area.
