All you really need to buy is the following
a good camber gauge
a very fine .25mm increment ride height gauge non stepped preferred
a decent set of screw drivers and nut drivers
a turnbuckle wrench is great
a very flat and level-able setup board
After that the things I would say are optional or that you could hit up other racers to borrow are
tire truer
after that is just test setting and practice
