Thanks
I still have an original Losi XXX-S servo saver in one of my cars; but, the other car has a Tamiya brand unit. Its stock Losi unit was bad from the start and never would center properly.

About 6 months ago, Billy Bowerman of Speedworld recommended the Tamiya unit after I told him about my centering problem with one of the other "name" units. The Tamiya is all white and was $10 (US). Has held up well so far.

A couple months back I tried eliminating the servo saver in one car for a straight aluminum arm. Although it was both pretty (bling) and responsive...Within two races, I had ripped the ball stud out of the drag link connector. Quickly reverted back to a servo saver. If you hit things (or they hit you), you cannot go without a servo saver.
