Don't need to. Get the regular tie rods from lunsford they last a long time and dont pop off easy and are smooth... its cheap for a pack of 12.
Missed one thing though. You might need to get smaller ball studs to go with them.
Get the whole kit, why hassle looking for bits and peices. It comes with turnbuckles, ballstuds, and ball cups. Nice and Ti-tanium.. Nuff said..
