I have an old Speed Merchant car. I think its a Rev.2 or Rev.3 It has the old 12L4 pod except with damper tubes. While mounting tires that are 44mm in diam. I noticed it doesn't make the ride height of 3.5mm that I am looking for even with axle ride height inserts at its lowest setting.
What I am looking for is a replacement pod plate that would be lower such that I would achieve the 3.5mm ride height with the smaller diameter tires. I've looked around for pod plates and noticed some cars like CRC have lowered pod plates. So far the only one I've found that looks like will work as a replacement is this one:

Will that IRS pod plate work? Will it put the axle down lower to the bottom plate?
If anyone can suggest another pod plate that will work also, I would appreciate it. Does CRC make one?
