I know this has all probably been discussed somewhere in this thread, but I don't want to read through 200 pages of it.

Once I get some money, I am hoping to buy a F104 or F104W to run at an indoor carpet track. I also will be running my Associated TC5R on this track.

1) Are both the F104 and F104W ROAR legal cars?
1a) if they are both ROAR legal, is the F104W a better handling car since it is wider?
2) all my batteries are lipos that have the 4mm plugs for the wires that go vertically into them. Will these batteries work in the F104?
3) What rubber tires should I get to fit on the F104W?
4) Are there any upgrades that I should get right away (like the aluminum motor mount, or softer rear shock spring or anything else)?
5) My TC5 uses standard 64 pitch associated gears. Can I replace the tamiya spur gear with an Associated gear, so that I use that same gearing on both cars?
6) I thought that somebody made some sort of better steering parts than the stock Tamiya parts, but I can remember who. Is the Tamiya steering good or is there a better system? If so, from whom?

thanks.
