I think the idea is that its a 21.5 which would be short on rpm so they put the high rpm rotor in it to get up to more top end. Not the best for TC, probably could use a mid or torque rotor instead.
Maybe EA or Mike have more up to date info, but, again, I have never seen a pink rotor.
It should have the purple ring 12.3 medium strength rotor like all motors. The pink is a 12.5 rpm rotor. Not very good for tc. It's possible that it's just the wrong color ring but correct strength. Only way to tell is a meter and compare them.
