Funniest thing i heard while pitting for my race buddy was this guy Dave was pitting for a fellow who was flaming out every few minutes in a 45 minute A main. after the 4 or 5 flame outs the driver asked his pitman when he should come in for fuel. His pitman yelled out "WE"LL FILL ER UP ON THE NEXT FLAMEOUT" everybody in the pit were rolling on the floor laughing
