I have the F104 aluminum diff on my Exotek F1R which was originally my F109. The only difference really is that the 104 diff you don't have to take aprat the diff to take off the tire. BUT you have to take off the tire to adjust the diff. So either way you go, there you are. F109 diff is actually pretty nice.
