If its the FX deck I think you'll struggle with it on carpet unfortunately, it starts to bog down when the bite comes up even on asphalt.
I can put the original back on when traction comes up. Funny thing is once I had it bolted on the chassis didn't seem that much more flexible than the original. Maybe it doesn't take much additional flex.
