Sweeps makes good tires - but a couple of cautions, the one you gave a link to is Shore 45, which is a soft compound rubber - will wear quickly on hot asphalt. Which is one of the determining factors for choosing tires. The other is the surface - if it's a parking lot, I assume you'll have a fair amount of dust and sand, therefore I'd use a treaded tire. For high speeds - definitely belted.
I've had good luck with Sweeps 45, but on cool asphalt, and I only use treaded. For hotter asphalt, I've had the best luck with GRP B compound treaded & belted. Only place I've found them consistently in US is
RCBoyz as far as I know they only come pre-mounted on white wheels - but they hookup well, and wear better than anything else I've tried.
