Honestly, I think the F104s are catching up. With the new tire compounds available. Last night I ran my 180mm F1R with a 25.5 in it, against an FGX and an F103, I was quicker in the infield. My buddy, who is a fast guy, ran it and was doing laps within .3 of what he does with his F103. And that was a 25.5 vs a 21.5. and box stock set up. We are running the Nats at our track, so we are all having to get the narrower cars. Which is great, because there is nothing quite like HAVING to buy a new F1
