The speed control will only apply 64* of timing even if you have more than that programmed into your setup. You can also run motor timing on top of the 64* with caution, it will work, you are just riding a fine line of over timing the motor and causing too much heat.

EDIT: Sorry, I thought you were talking about the SP speedo, not Tekin. Tekin will allow you to run full boost and full turbo (75* total) but I am not sure that their settings are actual full degrees of timing. 64* is just a guideline that Tekin states, most people I know run more than that plus some motor timing.
