tuning a brushless motor through you esc is nothing more complicated then tuning a nitro engine. I never have driven nitro so i can go on about how difficult a nitro engine is to tune correctly but as a racer i know that you have to invest some time in a hobby to understand the basics. I am sure a nitro engine is not difficult after learning the basic. Nothing different imo.
ps:
about 1s lipo vs 2s lipo in a 1:10 pancar....1s is ok if you are on tiny carpet tracks but doesn't make any sence to me on anything other then that.
