Not much you can do unfortunately. As rubber tires aren't solid like foams are (due to the insert, rim, tire combination) there really isn't any conceivable way to true them.

PDFs, when printed, look much nicer. PDFs also allow for check boxes, making it easy for you to go through in Acrobat/Acrobat Reader and put check marks, enter information in the correct boxes.

If you just solder the leads to the speed control it accomplishes the same thing. I would thing soldering to the ESC would be much simpler as you wouldn't have to deal with the wires moving around,...
