I believe the diff is new because the pulley...

I believe the diff is new because the pulley seems centered and yes the spool also should be centered and new.

No you can't use old bearing caps with new shocks tower. Screw holes have different position.

I've the same problem and found that it was my associated green slim that make the o-ring or x-ring bigger.
It seems the old green slim didn't do that.

It seems to have more hole around the bulkhead.
Is it for hinge pin blocks like other touring cars by Tamiya, Yokomo and Hot Bodies ??
