500K should be more than enough in the front diff. I have run it like that for 2 seasons. If you put 2 mil in then you may as well have a spool in it.

It is a popular option to replace the Spec-R shocks and springs. Try the tamiya ones, I have heard god things about them. Personally I run the Spec-r ones. I will be replacing them for next season...
