1/8th scale Off-Road Electric in PNW?

Toying with the idea to get a Team Associated RC8B3.1e (1/8th scale Off-Road 4WD Electric).

Anywhere in the Portland Area to play with that or does 1/8th scale Off-Road not exist here?

Which Off-Road class for Long Island?

Unfortunately my favorite class 1/12th scale isn't huge on Long Island. Also tracks to race on-road are more or less impossible to find on LI. If somebody knows a place... pls let me know!
