I use them and had the same problem. If you slightly sand down the area that touches the bearing on the hex (the pin side) it will take pressure off of the bearing. Not the most high tec way to do it...

Ran my B5M Wednsday night at IERC and it works well right out of the box. Only made minor changes to ride hight and camber and it just got better. So far I love the car.

Yes its a quick way to change the rear toe. If you use the .5 yor will add one degree of rear toe. 1/2 a dagree per side equals more traction.
