Ran a full season with a Gen 2 6.5. Very little wear, certainly not enough to warrant changing them. Really, the only wear items for me were bearings.

It's not the quality of the truck I'm diputing, it's the fact that it's a clone. Companies like LOsi, HPI, etc. spend 10's if not hundreds of thousands of dollars on R&D, then companies like KM....

Well, it's the TX that stores the settings so as long as it has 2 model memory, I guess it's possible. Never really thought about doing this so I'm wondering if you'd have to recalibrate every time....

Yes, I think it's common for Hitec in general, my X4 is the same. But as said above, just get some 1 foot leads. As long as you've got some slack between the battery and the charger there's no issue
