i cannot explain it 101% because i dont have so much time right now to right a 1page post about diffs but in general the thicker the silicone the harder the bite....

Well for some reason my locktite turned bad its too liquid and even 1 drop went down the channel of the barrel and screwed it up :/

yes. the reason is flex. Graphite has no flex....

yes. the reason is flex. Graphite has no flex. its a lot stiffer! You go graphite for high traction tracks with no bumps. else you go composite. Weight difference is really no reason to switch.
