haven't posted in a while but, I'm still making...

haven't posted in a while but, I'm still making progress, I made a motor mount myself just for "proof of concept". since it worked I ordered one from How2rc.com, it works great, I'll post pics soon.

LOL, that's the thing though... finding a motor that's puts out enough torque to get all that moving, but with enough top end to make it fast.
Or as someone suggested, use a tranny from the BL emaxx...

I figured that I should take a more methodical approach to choosing a BL motor so I've been doing some research, it seems as if a stock 2.5R engine puts out about 1.33 hp or threabouts with no load....
