64dp 118 will not fit with the 2.0mm chassis, only with the 2.5mm. A 118 will hang out the bottom of the 2mm chassis.

For 2.00mm chassis the biggest are 64dp 116 and 48dp 87.

Best thing to do is forget degrees altogether, but like I said, 1mm of timing = 3 degrees. In the pic I posted it is set on 5mm so that would be 15 degrees
