Are you reffering to the original EB48 chassis, and original SCT chassis??

If so, you should notice a large difference, because there is a many differences. (Cutouts, lighter, thinner,)

There isn't a problem with putting different...

There isn't a problem with putting different brands together! Just make sure to put the ESC in "Full Sensor" mode. ;)
