Amain usually carries OFNA stuff. Local shops seem to carry many OFNA parts as well. So google might bring up some small shops in your area or abroad that might have what you need.

Labor cost is greater and tolerances are usually much tighter on parts made from US/Japan/Euro companies. Those are my two guesses.
