Thanks for the info I just ordered a tube of the tite and when I tighten the screw down I only tighten until the carrier starts to bind then I back it off a tad honestly it's just a bad design there...

I understand your concern, but I have had my needles "taped" for the life of a few motors and never had one loosen up. That does not mean it can't or won't happen it just hasn't happened to me yet.

Take out the stock needles take the stock o rings...

Take out the stock needles take the stock o rings off then take a small piece of teflon tape and wrap it around where the o ring goes then place the o ring back on its original place, bam your done, ...

Thank you Gents I am going to clean it up tomorrow (get some new plugs) :) I use McCoy mc 59? And take it apart look at the rod bearings piston put it together and fire it up I will keep you posted...

I ran my FMS yesterday with the settings you said it ran good a little fat on the bottom and only about 7 mins on a tank but it barely has a gallon on it yet I run a P5 (non turbo) in my buggy it ran...
