Yes, they are most noticeable in front and rear. You can run them in the center diff as well but it really makes a difference in the front and rear.

Need some more details on the setup, shocks, etc... typically if you are on bladder shocks you need to drill out the rear holes larger otherwise they pack out too much and drive the front end down...

Yes the hubs offset 1.5mm forward... so swapping arms and keeping the hubs the same you shorten the wheelbase 1.5mm and put more weight on the rear tires.

Aside from less droop you can also lower the diff 1 step to 2 and it would give more pin engagement....also might help the handling to introduce a little more bind in the rear on power.
