I swapped the broken axle block to the rear,...

I swapped the broken axle block to the rear, drilled a new arm hole and adjusted the tie rod to make it work till parts arrived.

I gave it a quick test run with a full charge on 16.8v

This was with the packs mostly dead.. Even then the motor was smoking a little :)...

Well the other one isn't the right one either.

I ran it around on a single 8.4 pack and it did ok till the reciever glitched and it ran off. It slammed into a curb and broke the steering block....
