Good point. Paypal says they are giving him 10 days to make it right or i automatically get a refund. As of now my $300 that i paid are frozen in his account according to paypal. Got to love paypal

Yes thats exactly what im doing. I know the motor is fried because you can smell it and it spins freely. The esc clearly got to hot because its partially melted lol. He probably kept reving the motor...
