Wheel nut coming off

I keep loosing LR wheel nut. I've tried different nuts and still having problems. I even had a problem with double nuts coming off. I'm using Jconcepts Hazard wheels.. What going on??

I'm running the 13.5 spec-r with 50* timing on motor analyzer, geared 81-20. After 6 minute main it's 135* with R1 layback fan and mount.
